Dale Greenberg

Senior Global Project Manager

Dale brings 13 years of meeting planning and 17 years of hotel experience to ConferenceDirect. Since joining ConferenceDirect in 2006, Dale currently manages conferences for National Association of Conservation Districts (NACD), including the Annual Meeting and Conservation Expo tradeshow (1000 attendees), and the summer legislative session (150 attendees) held annually in Washington, DC. Dale also manages Money Management Institute (MMI) for their annual meetings, including the Fall Solutions Conference (400 attendees); Sales and Marketing Leadership Summit (200 attendees) and the Spring Meeting (500 attendees).

Dale has also worked with the National Communication Association (6,400 attendees), the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC) and the National Association of Variable Annuities (NAVA) and with corporate clients Bayer HealthCare, Stryker Spine, IDAnalytics, SAS and Starwood Hotels special events. Prior to joining ConferenceDirect Dale was with Travel Destinations Management Group, Inc., as Sales Manager for Meetings and Incentives. Prior to this promotion, she was a Senior Meeting Planner, handling new and prestige clients for the firm. In this role she worked with a variety of clients and meetings including Corporate, Pharmaceutical, Association, Educational, Sports and Incentives.

Dale has managed meetings in 20 different countries, as well as most major American metropolitan cities. On the hotel side, Dale worked for Omni hotels a total of 12 years, and was the Director of Catering and Convention Services at the Omni Baltimore and the Omni Severin in Indianapolis and was Director of Catering at the Omni Charlottesville Hotel. Dale also worked for Wintergreen Resort, on the management team that oversaw operations of restaurants, ski facilities, golf as well as other resort amenities. Dale graduated from Wilson College in Chambersburg, PA with a BA in American Studies.
